Plan4Life is made by one person in Trier, Germany. That means you are not writing to a ticket system — but also that replies are not instant. To help us answer in one go, please include your iOS version, your iPhone model and, if the problem is reproducible, the steps that lead to it.

Answers to the most common questions

Where is my data? On your device and in your own private iCloud. There is no account and no sign-up, and we run no server holding your plans, goals or reflections. The one exception is the coach — see the privacy policy.

How do I get my data onto a second device? Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled. There is nothing else to set up.

How do I manage or cancel Premium? Subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in Plan4Life under Settings → Premium → „Manage subscription“. Cancelling there stops the renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

I paid but Premium isn't active. Open the Premium page in the app and tap „Restore purchases“. If that doesn't help, write to us with the Apple receipt from your purchase email.

How do I delete everything? Settings → „Delete all data“. That removes your data from the device and from your private iCloud, and it also deletes the calendar events Plan4Life created. It cannot be undone.

Is the coach a therapist? No — expressly not. Plan4Life supports self-reflection and planning; it is not a medical device and not psychotherapy. In a crisis please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line where you live.

There is a longer FAQ inside the app under Settings → Help.

Reporting a problem

If something looks wrong in the app — a figure that doesn't add up, text in the wrong language, a screen that won't scroll — we want to hear about it. A screenshot usually says more than a paragraph.
